Concept Project & Consultancy Services was created in 1992 to fill a niche in the business of structural design.
A niche that has been long since ignored.
Consultants usually do not undertake responsibility beyond a certain part of a turnkey project, be it preparation of designs or manufacturing structures or erecting of those structures. Subsequently another two Companies is namely "CONCEPT STRUCTURALS" & "CONCEPT PROJECT (P) LTD." were floated to handle increased work load & to cater for better customer service.

Concept was formed as a company providing a one shop from designing to manufacturing and erection of steel structures. Their range consists of a wide array of products and service.
Concept has a strong infrastructure consisting of highly experienced dynamic engineers and technical manpower, not to mention, their state of the art in-house computer aided design station and manufacturing facilities.

Concept's In-house Facilities
Full fledged design engineering workshop with latest softwares and computer equipment. AUTOCAD (Release 12), STAAD-III (Release 2.01), etc. are the most used softwares.
Concept's factories located at Sodepur & Howrah are supervised by senior & experienced professionals from layout stage to final coat painting.
There are two associate units in addition to these factories.
The monthly production capacity is approximately 75 MT in the finished stage.
Concept staff ensure accuracy in fabrication and manufacturing.
All welded joints in our fabricated structures confirm to IS specifications and are subjected to die-penetration x-ray/ultrasonic tests, as and where required.
Concept Uses
l Concept makes use of "Berger" and corrosive paint.
l All tubes are of (ERW) of reputed brand conforming to
IS:1161-1979 / IS:1239.
l Concept uses structural steel conforming to IS:226 & IS:2062.
l Only IS:1363 conforming nuts and bolts are used.
l Electrodes of ESAB(I) Ltd. conforming to IS:814 are used.
